sometimes i get all inspired and stuff, and i think about what i'd love to be doing if i didn't have to be working 55 hours/week and running all the time. and i think this list is what i'd like to be doing. sometimes i imagine that this is what will happen when we move to st. louis. i would love to get some of this stuff into/back into my life. AND the yoga-going is a result of going to a great class on Monday and feeling the burn in my abs and shoulders. it was hardcore.

today i had my first hot cross bun. it was yummy, though i'm sure Sweet 16th's will be better than Panera. mmmm, Sweet 16th.

busy life

We have decided to take a little break from the craziness of the past few months, and go to New York in 2.5 weeks. We're going to be up there with our friends Nate and Cassie, who are doing a little touring (www.nathantasker.com) I'm so glad we're doing this. I've felt constantly tired since November (the majority of this can be attributed to the life-sapping force of pottery barn). I love working at apple now, but as soon as I quit pbk, we decided to run a half marathon. Yes, I'm silly.

I ran the half marathon two years ago, and made Mary Beth promise to stop me from ever doing it again. Well, she's moved to DC, so she wasn't here to stop me. We ran a fairly nice 6 miles yesterday. I think it helped to be outside in Shelby park instead of on the Y treadmill - gross.

In other news, Nashville is finally having some pretty days! Yesterday was awesome and today is equally pretty. We had some intense snow on Friday, which made for slippery driving, and lots of snowmen in neighbors' yards.

I got a wonderful haircut on thursday from the amazing Amanda at Cognito. I'm a hipster now.

That's all for now...my friend LT and I are trying to start a new blog. Leave us comments to motivate us at undercovernashville.blogspot.com
